You will spend this full week at a charming country house in the South of France. It is located on top of a hill with a magnificent view and a private beach at the lake, Lac Montbel. The house has spacious double bedrooms, a big living room with a fire place and a great terrace leading into the large garden. Most of the time we will be outdoors enjoy the nature and the sunshine. The lake is great to swim in and the surroundings are wonderful for hiking and walking.

Yoga Retreat Program

We have made a great program for you that will allow you to reconnect with your true self. Every morning we have a vinyasa yoga classes to start the day. During the afternoon workshops, you find out more about yourself and what truly matters in your life. There is also plenty of free time to relax, enjoy the sunshine, swim and go for a hike. In the evenings we offer slow flow yoga and meditation sessions.

Come with us on this special retreat, where you can fully relax and enjoy every moment. Sophie teaches her classes with kindness and compassion and takes you on a spiritual journey. Boris takes care of everything else so you need for comfortable stay.
